Step 5 — Partnership Agreement

Display Care & Replacement Policy

Dopelee Prezzed by S™ provides the initial Legacy Lounge™ display at no cost to your location. We will replace the display at no charge in the event of:

Normal wear and tear
Manufacturing defects
Environmental events beyond your control (e.g., fire, flooding, severe weather, building-level accidents)

Your location will be responsible for replacement costs if the display is damaged due to:

Customer handling or misuse
Staff handling or operational accidents
Negligence or unsafe repositioning of the display
Missing or stolen components resulting from unsecured placement

If replacement is required for these reasons, the cost will be deducted from future commission payouts.

Our Commitment

Dopelee Prezzed by S™ will handle display design, installation, and system setup
All customer orders will be processed directly through our automated platform
Your team will not be responsible for sales, inventory, or maintenance

Commission Payouts

All commissions will be issued monthly by Dopelee Prezzed by S™ (mailed by the 10th of each month). Payments are made via cashier's check or money order mailed to the business address provided on this form. A confirmation email will be sent when each payout is processed.

Your Agreement

You agree to maintain the display in a visible, accessible area
You understand commissions are processed monthly and paid via check or digital transfer
You may cancel participation at any time with written notice
